HLTAID009 Course Physical Requirements:
To complete the HLTAID009 course, participants must perform CPR on manikins. Students will need to:
- Perform 2 minutes of CPR on an adult manikin placed on the floor
- Perform 2 minutes of CPR on an infant manikin placed on the floor
- Place a patient into the recovery position
Language, Literacy & Numeracy (LLN) Requirements:
Participants will need adequate LLN skills to complete the course successfully. These skills and tasks include:
- Basic reading and writing proficiency in English
- Ability to listen to and comprehend verbal instructions in English
- Ability to count to 30, perform simple calculations, use a timer, and tell the time
- Read and respond to multiple-choice questions in English
- Accurately complete an incident report form

We require a space large enough for participants to practice skills comfortably (approximately 2m² per person), chairs, and bathroom access. Our trainers bring all necessary training equipment, except for specific courses like manual handling and medication administration where workplace equipment must be available.
What is your payment process for workplace bookings?
We’ll issue your invoice within 48 hours of course completion. Once paid in full, certificates will be issued to all attendees through your corporate portal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before training incur no fee. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 50% fee. Rescheduling options are available at no additional cost with adequate notice.
When will attendees receive their certificates?
Once payment is complete, certificates will be available in your corporate portal. Attendees will also receive an email notification that their certificate is available in their personal portal.
