We require a space large enough for participants to practice skills comfortably (approximately 2m² per person), chairs, and bathroom access. What is your payment process for workplace bookings?
We’ll issue your invoice within 48 hours of course completion. Once paid in full, certificates will be issued to all attendees through your corporate portal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before training incur no fee. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 50% fee. Rescheduling options are available at no additional cost with adequate notice.
When will attendees receive their certificates?
