Do you offer training on weekends?
Yes, we operate 7 days a week! Please note that weekend bookings incur a surcharge fee. After-hours training (outside 8am-5pm) is also available with a 10% additional fee.
Is there a travel fee for onsite training?

What facilities do we need to provide for onsite training?
We require a space large enough for participants to practice skills comfortably (approximately 2m² per person), chairs, and bathroom access. Our trainers bring all necessary training equipment, except for specific courses like manual handling and medication administration where workplace equipment must be available.
What is your payment process for workplace bookings?
We’ll issue your invoice within 48 hours of course completion. Once paid in full, certificates will be issued to all attendees through your corporate portal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before training incur no fee. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 50% fee. Rescheduling options are available at no additional cost with adequate notice.
When will attendees receive their certificates?
Once payment is complete, certificates will be available in your corporate portal. Attendees will also receive an email notification that their certificate is available in their personal portal.
