Prerequisites
Students must have completed HLTAID009 Provide CPR (completed as part of this course).
Duration
The UETDRRF004 course is conducted over 4 hours of face-to-face training.
Assessment
Includes practical demonstrations, role-plays & a written assessment.
CPR LVR Certification & Validity
Nationally recognised HLTAID009 and UETDRRF004 certificates will be awarded upon successful completion and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. CPR skills are to be renewed every 12 months in line with ARC Guidelines.
UETDRRF004 Course Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform 2 minutes of CPR on an adult and infant manikin positioned on the floor.
- Ability to place a patient into the recovery position.
- Note: Failure to meet physical requirements may result in being unable to receive certification.
Language, Literacy & Numeracy (LLN) Requirements:
To complete this course successfully, learners should possess adequate LLN skills, which entail:
- Basic reading and writing skills in English
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to verbal instructions in English
- Basic numeracy skills for timing and ratios

What is your payment process for workplace bookings?
We’ll issue your invoice within 48 hours of course completion. Once paid in full, certificates will be issued to all attendees through your corporate portal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before training incur no fee. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 50% fee. Rescheduling options are available at no additional cost with adequate notice.
When will attendees receive their certificates?
Once payment is complete, certificates will be available in your corporate portal. Attendees will also receive an email notification that their certificate is available in their personal portal.
