10% Best Price Guarantee
First Aid Pro offers a 10% Best Price Guarantee on all courses if a lower cost course is found. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following terms and conditions apply:
Same Course and Units
The competing course provided by another RTO must be identical to the one offered by First Aid Pro, including the same course name, unit codes, and subject matter.
Same Delivery Mode
The Best Price Policy applies only when the competing course is delivered in the same format (e.g. face-to-face, blended, or fully online). We do not price match across different delivery modes.
Proof Required
You must provide verifiable evidence (e.g. a dated advertisement, link to competitor website, or written quote) showing the identical course details and lower price.
Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
The competitor must be a nationally recognised RTO delivering the training in compliance with Australian standards.
Exclusions
- The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to promotional offers, group bookings, voucher-based discounts, or limited-time sales.
- Non-equivalent training (e.g. shorter course durations, different unit codes, or unaccredited courses) will not be eligible.
- Our Best Price Policy does not extend to our HISS Courses Range.
- First Aid Pro Australia reserves the the right to cease this offer at any time.
Timeframe
The lower-priced course must be currently available and open for enrolment at the time of your request.
Approval
All Best Price requests are subject to First Aid Pro's discretion and validation.
The 10% Best Price Discount will only be applied when the competing course is an exact match in terms of training content, accreditation, and delivery method — a true “apples for apples” comparison.
Instant Best Price
At First Aid Pro, we offer a 10% Best Price Discount if you can find an equivalent course offered by another provider at a lower price.
